Fashion Group International’s Bold by Design Event Celebrates Black History Month Through Representation and Creative Leadership
I got to attend Fashion Group International, Inc.‘s Bold by Design at Printemps in honor of Black History Month.I was surrounded by iconic designers, stylists, photographers, and editors, and it wasn’t just their accomplishments that left me starstruck, but the rare access to their genius. Shoutout to Maryanne Grisz for creating that space. Representation wasn’t a buzzword last night, it was personal. Two truths that stayed with me:1. Vision > Permission — don’t accept a “no” from people without the authority to give a “yes.” Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is something we actively reshape.2. Representation Redefines Systems — visibility allows others to imagine themselves in the room too.The mantra of the night: honor your gift, respect the planet, and create until you’re satisfied, not until you’re validated.Respect to Edwina Kulego for moderating an electric, layered conversation like a true pro🥂hashtag#Fashion hashtag#BlackHistoryMonth

Kohl's Generational ERG Young Professionals Hosts Mentorship and Professional Development Programs for Early Career Employees
One of the things I appreciate most about Kohl's Business Resource Groups (BRGs) is how they create space—not just for connection, but for real growth. For those early in their careers, BRGs like our Young Professionals BRG offer community, development, mentorship, and a network of peers who are navigating similar paths. Take T’Klah, a member of our Young Professionals BRG who first got involved through our Innovation Tank program—a cross-functional pitch competition that invites associates to solve real business challenges. After being on the 2024 winning team, she wanted to keep the momentum going. Today, she’s helping lead the next round of Innovation Tank as a committee member and mentor—sharing her experience, guiding teams, and making sure others feel seen and supported. T’Klah told me, “It’s nice to walk a different life path than someone else, but it's also meaningful when you find others walking the same path with you.” That’s the power of mentorship, connection, and BRGs in action. Thank you, T’Klah, for helping to shape not only careers—but also the culture we’re building together. hashtag#YoungProfessionals hashtag#YPBRG hashtag#Inclusion hashtag#LifeAtKohls hashtag#Kohls
