CrossCountry Consulting Boston Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with Cultural Food and Educational Activities

Last week, my colleagues and I kicked off Hispanic Heritage Month in our CrossCountry Consulting Boston Office. We brought traditional meals respective to the represented nations in our office: Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, and Mexico. I made traditional beef & cheese pastelitos (which is what we call empanadas in the Dominican Republic), and my colleagues brought in pupusas, arroz mixto, esquites, etc! We also hosted an informational session and some fun Hispanic-related trivia to test everyone's knowledge!! 😎 It has been incredibly rewarding to be able to share my heritage in a professional setting all whilst simultaneously learning about other cultures. HHM runs from 9/15 through 10/15!!
